Agile Fortune-500 engineering executive proficient in developing and managing complex, multi-generational technology products in a global environment. Recognized for my ability to identify technology trends and new revenue opportunities.
My passion for Engineering is second only to my love of offshore sailing. Both fuel my "failure is not an option" attitude, which is reflected in my work ethic. For years I have accepted challenges that push the boundaries of conventional norms. One of my proudest career achievements was taking a Motor Control Group that nobody wanted and building a Digital Imaging Group who delivered a tier-one consumer electronics design-win and subsequently became a highly sought after team. Of all the emerging technologies and industry leading projects I have worked on, these experiences pale in comparison to the reward of navigating an organization through the ever-changing world of high technology and plotting a course for people’s careers.
